I have an uncomfortable problem with my bowel movements. Although I had not said anything about it (not thinking that massage could help) Sonya quickly spotted some issues in the area with a simple pulse assessment & proceded to work related areas & the associated meridian. After some creaking noises & initial discomfort I am now glad to say that I have noticed a definite freeing up in the region like I haven't felt for years. I am more hopeful than ever that with a sensible diet, including some suggestions she made, I am well on the way back to good health. Sonya has a gifted touch and caring attitude. I would recommend her services to everyone. Will.

Sonya helped the pain in my back, I just wanted to let you know I lifted something the wrong way, then it hurt to breathe, i couldn't move or even lay down. After a massage with Sonya I felt a little sore, nothing like it was though - and the next day I was feeling no pain whatsoever. I am so greatful, I'm sure I would have had the muscle cramp or pain for a week or two if I didn't have it treated. What better way than Natural Massage ? Thanks so much, I feel great! R. I came to see Sonya for sciatic pain, that was shooting down my leg. With one remedial treatment all the pain dissapeared. I feel so much better now.

I just want to say that I am so glad I went to Sonya for a massage! Doctors said I needed a hip replacement due to my arthritis, but I thought I'd have a massage to relieve the pain in the meantime. After 3 treatments of painful remedial massage I was standing on the leg I couldn't stand on and could stretch beyond my belief. I also did the exercises given to me, daily as seriously instructed and strengthened all the muscles that had wasted away from lack of use. I feel great now thank you so much. Love Ya!
