Comes.
Take My Hand ~ Words of ClearWater

Health tips for the week:

Balance and Harmony are the golden keys to Health and longivity.

Energy (or qi) and blood in the body are affected by the various movements of the person throughout the day.

Emotions of rage, fear, too much thinking, sadness and joy also effect blood flow and energy.

So to stop sickness and ill health or stagnation, stay active and to have balanced and harmonious emotions.

Heaven is clear and calm; earth is stable and tranquil. Humans who reject these virtues perish, while those who adopt them thrive.
- Huai-nan-tzu (1st Century AD)

"Health and well-being can be achieved only by remaining centered in spirit,

guarding against the squandering of energy,

promoting the constant flow of energy and blood,

maintaining harmonious balance of yin and yang,

adapting to the changing seasonal and yearly macrocosmic influences,

and nourishing one's self preventively.

This is the way to a long and happy life."

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead.

Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow.

Do not walk beside me either. In fact, just leave me alone. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a broken fan belt and a tire leak.

Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after a workout is quite common and quite annoying. This is a normal response to unusual exertion and is part of an adaptation process that leads to greater stamina and strength as the muscles recover and build. The soreness is generally at its worst within the first 2 days following the activity and subsides over the next few days. Delayed onset muscle soreness occurs hours after the exercise is over. This is much different than the acute pain. *** Soreness will go away in 3 to 7 days with no special treatment. Avoid any vigorous activity that increases pain.*Do some easy low-impact aerobic exercise - this will increase blood flow to the affected muscles, which may help diminish soreness. *Use the RICE treatment plan *Use gentle stretching on the affected area *Gently massage the affected muscles

Avoid veins in your legs!!!Don't cross your legs when you sit down.

Avoid high heels.
Low-heeled shoes work calf muscles more, which is better for veins. Don't wear tight socks around your calves or groin that can restrict circulation.

Homeostatis is to bring the body to equilibrium.Negative feedback loop works by sending a receptor to the control center & reverses action of stimulus (effector).
